Where a customer uses MyWastetracker to upload, manage or process information about its own staff, drivers, customers, suppliers, waste producers, site contacts or waste movements, that customer may be the data controller and Digital Waste Tracking Ltd may act as its data processor.

In those cases, we process the personal information in accordance with our contract with the customer and their lawful instructions.

If you are an individual whose information has been entered into MyWastetracker by one of our customers, you may need to contact that customer directly to exercise your data protection rights.


14. Children

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not aimed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
